Post Gastric Bypass Diet
 The Final Phase

At this time of your post gastric bypass diet, the final phase, you slowly begin to add foods back into your daily life. Take it slowly and eat just a little bit of a new food at a time. You never know what might not agree with you. I know there were a few times I was surprised  to have a bad reaction to certain foods.
