When following a diet after gastric bypass it's not always easy.

This is a rough time. Of course you are still in a lot of pain and adjusting to your new body. You don't really feel like drinking all that they are asking you to but do your best to avoid problems like dehydration and becoming weak. You don't want to end up back in the hospital.

Because this is such a difficult time I thought this might be a good place to add a fun link, It's a link that simulates what you will look like after you loose weight by sticking to your after gastric bypass diet !
